With over two decades of experience across education, facilitation, and brand strategy, I bring a unique blend of individualized instruction, collaborative design, and digital strategy to every project. This integrated background allows me to break down complex ideas, meet people where they are, and move work forward—whether in a classroom, a workshop, a campaign, or online.
In 2020, I began creating content focused on domestic labor and relationship dynamics, helping popularize terms like “weaponized incompetence” and “the nag paradox” while building a multi-platform audience through strategic, accessible storytelling designed to connect, clarify, and mobilize. That work grew into a platform reaching more than one million people, a top 2% global podcast, collaborations with major brands and organizations, speaking engagements, and a book with Penguin Random House imprint Plume.
Meaningful growth doesn’t come from chasing algorithms. Authenticity will always be more impactful and effective than following trends. I help people build low-lift/high-impact content systems that don’t require them to become full-time influencers(unless that’s what they’re going for, of course).
Today, I work with authors, nonprofits, grassroots organizations, thought leaders, and mission-driven brands to clarify their messaging, strengthen their public presence, and build sustainable content and communication systems that support long-term growth and impact.
